Staycation continued...

We started off the 2nd day of our Staycation by doing something completely not vacation related - we bought the girls a new bed and rearranged their room.  Norah and Bella now have a daybed - Norah on top and Bella on the bottom, and they LOVE it!  William's crib is now in their room and they are all happy to be together.  (We didn't realize how happy William is to be in their room until they girls had a recent sleepover and he couldn't sleep without them!)

The first couple of nights were a little rough, but now they all sleep well together - well, after the girls finally fall asleep ;)

We are repainting their room so I will post pictures when it's ready.

We headed to the pool the next day...it was REALLY HOT but it was a great way to spend the morning!  The girls and William loved being in the water and had a lot of fun swimming and crawling around in the pool.  We decided to sign the girls up for swim lessons - so they will start soon and should hopefully feel better about being in a normal size pool - they love it but have a little fear of it.

On the last day of our staycation; we tried to go to the Art Museum, but it was so crowded with people visiting the Zoo and the Art Museum that we couldn't find a parking spot!  We decided to make our own art instead, and relaxed at home doing art projects.

Overall, we had a great, relaxing "staycation" this year!
