The Overberg Family

We celebrated Halloween by trick or treating with Haley, Larry, their family, and my dad (my mom handed out candy at the Porter house). We were worried Norah wouldn't go up to houses, but once she saw that she got something in her pumpkin; she was ready to go! She did great and really liked the candy she got! We limited it to a few pieces, but now she has the taste for candy :)

Little Isabella is settling in as an Overberg, having fun sleeping, eating, and beginning to "talk" and move a bunch. Brian's kind of worried that she is already "talking"! :) She had her 2 week check-up and things went well. We found out that since she was breech, we need to have an ultrasound at 6 weeks to make sure there isn't anything wrong with her hips. If they can catch things now, the Dr. said it is much easier to fix at this age rather than wait until they are walking.




Isabella's cord fell off, so she had her first water bath. She wasn't too thrilled about the water, but hopefully she gets used to that :) Norah was very concerned about her baby sister and why she was crying, but luckily the bath was quick.
